UNSW Art & Design students and staff are participating in three exhibitions opening at Firstdraft in February.
Lecturer Astrid Lorange and PhD candidate and Assistant Curator, UNSW Galleries Vaughan O’Connor have co-curated group exhibition Hell Broth, which explores the list as both method and form. The exhibition features work by undergraduate students Lily Chan, Mashara Wachjudy and Aston Creus, and alumni Tom Melick and Giselle Stanborough.
Solo exhibition Automated Reasoning Paradigm by PhD candidate Kynan Tan explores the inhabitation of contradictory and vague spaces through a critique of human relationships with digital technologies.
Master of Fine Arts candidate Kuba Dorabialski’s exhibition All of Them in There is a video installation about architecture, concrete, violence, urban geography and crowds.
