Royal Doulton has partnered with UNSW Art & Design to present the Royal Doulton and UNSW Art & Design Award – The future of global food trends.
Third and fourth year undergraduate design students were invited to enter the competition that required them to explore and deliver creative concepts for ceramic ware.
Students conducted research into the Royal Doulton brand and produced original ideas that celebrated the brand in its 200th year. Their designs also took into consideration global food trends with a focus on casual dining.
The winner will spend one month as a design intern in Royal Doulton’s head office in the United Kingdom.
